SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1976 No. 111, 1976 - SECT 11

11. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- sections (2)
and (3) and substituting the following sub-section:-

''(2) The annual rate at which a wife's pension is determined shall be reduced
by one-half of the amount (if any) per annum by which the rate of the income
of the wife exceeds $897 per annum.''.
