SMALL SUPERANNUATION ACCOUNTS ACT 1995 No. 52, 1995 - SECT 95

95.(1) This section applies if a provision of this Act or the Superannuation 
Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 requires or permits an amount to be
transferred from the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Reserve.

(2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the transfer by force of
this subsection.

(3) Subsections (1) and (2) cease to have effect on the commencement of the
Financial Management and Accountability Act 1995. Note 1: After the
commencement of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1995,
subsection 20(7) of that Act will appropriate the Consolidated Revenue Fund
for the purposes of such a transfer.
