SMALL SUPERANNUATION ACCOUNTS ACT 1995 No. 52, 1995 - SECT 12

Accounts to be kept
12.(1) Separate notional accounts are to be kept within the Reserve in the
names of particular individuals.

Individual's account

(2) An account kept in the name of an individual is to be known as the
individual's account.
Note: Section 4 provides that "account" means a notional account kept in
accordance with this section.
