SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 77, 1987 - SECT 41
New Enterprise Incentive Scheme-effect where spouse of recipient is not in receipt of wife's pension or carer's pension
41. Section 139A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1) (c) "person's spouse" and substituting "person".
