SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 77, 1987 - SECT 30

30. Section 135SA of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting the definition of "pension" in subsection (1) and substituting
the following definition:

" 'pension' means:

   (a)  an invalid pension (including any allowance under section 26 or 30A);

   (b)  a benefit under Part VII; or

   (c)  a sheltered employment allowance under Part VIIA (including any
        allowance under section 133JA);
being a pension, benefit or allowance that commenced to be paid on or after 1
May 1987, or a rehabilitation allowance under Part VIII that became payable in
lieu of such a pension, benefit or allowance;"; and

   (b)  by omitting from the definition of "pension" in subsection (1) "or
        30A".
