SOCIAL SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 77, 1987 - SECT 3

3. (1) The amendment made by paragraph 14 (b) applies in relation to each
instalment or payment of pension that falls due on or after 1 July 1987.

(2) The amendments made by sections 34, 35, 37, 38 and 39 and paragraphs 36
(b) and (c) apply in relation to offences committed after the commencement of
those sections and that paragraph, as the case requires.

(3) The repeal effected by section 40 does not apply in relation to an offence
committed on or before the commencement of that section.
