SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 121, 1979 - SECT 41

Postponement or cancellation of unemployment benefit in certain cases

41. Section 120 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(2) A period of postponement fixed in relation to a person under sub-section
(1) in the circumstances set out in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of that
sub-section shall not be less than 6 weeks or more than 12 weeks.''.
