SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 121, 1979 - SECT 25

Payment of endowment during temporary absence from Australia

25. Section 104 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(a) of sub-section (1) ''or the Northern Territory'' after ''State'' (wherever
occurring).
