SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 121, 1979 - SECT 21

21. Section 98 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (c)
''the Director in the State in which the claimant resides or as prescribed''
and substituting ''a Director''.
