SOCIAL SERVICES ACT (No. 3) 1975 No. 110, 1975 - SECT 5

5. Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''the next succeeding
sub-section'' and substituting the words ''this section''; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:-

''(4) Where, but for this sub-section, the amount of the fortnightly
instalment of a pension would be less than $1, the amount of that instalment
shall be increased to $1.''.
