SOCIAL SERVICES ACT (No. 3) 1975 No. 110, 1975 - SECT 13

13. Section 106 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) the definition of ''dependent female'' and substituting the following
definition:-

'' 'dependent female' means a woman who is living with a man (in this Part
referred to as her husband) as his wife on a bona fide domestic basis although
not legally married to him;''.
