An Act relating to Social Services.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:- Short title and citation.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Social Services Act (No. 3) 1975.*

(2) The Social Services Act 1947-1974,* as amended by the Social Services
Act 1975,* the Postal and Telecommunications Commissions (Transitional
Provisions) Act 1975* and the Social Services Act (No. 2) 1975,* is in this
Act referred to as the Principal Act.

(3) Schedule 3 to the Postal and Telecommunications Commissions
(Transitional Provisions) Act 1975 is amended by omitting the following
words:-

''Social Services Act 1947-1974 ! Social Services Act 1947-1975''.

(4) Section 1 of the Social Services Act (No. 2) 1975 is amended by omitting
sub-section (4).

(5) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Social
Services Act 1947-1975.
