SOCIAL SERVICES ACT (No. 3) 1974 No. 91, 1974 - SECT 20
Interpretation.
20. Section 83A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of the definition of "pensioner" in
sub-section (1) the words "rehabilitation allowance" and substituting the
words "training allowance".
