SOCIAL SERVICES ACT (No. 3) 1974 No. 91, 1974 - SECT 2
Commencement.
2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*
(2) Sub-section (2) of section 3, sections 9, 15 and 22 and sub- section (2)
of section 23 shall come into operation on 30 December 1974.
