SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 98

98. An invalid pension is not payable to a person if the person is receiving:

   (a)  another social security pension; or

   (b)  a social security benefit; or

   (c)  a service pension.
Note: "social security pension" includes sheltered employment and
rehabilitation allowances and "social security benefit" includes job search
allowance.
