SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 969

969. A full instalment of child disability allowance is payable to a person on
each family payment payday on which:

   (a)  the person is qualified for the allowance; and

   (b)  the allowance is payable to the person.
