SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 92

92. If a person who is receiving an age pension qualifies for fringe benefits
in accordance with this Division, benefits and concessions of various kinds
may be made available to the person under other Commonwealth legislation (for
example, the National Health Act 1953).
