SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 919

919. Family allowance supplement becomes payable to a person on the first day
on which:

   (a)  the person is qualified for family allowance supplement; and

   (b)  no provision of this Act makes family allowance supplement not payable
        to the person. Note 1: for qualifications see section 895. Note 2: for
        the circumstances in which family allowance is not payable see section
        896.
