SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 89

89. If a person is qualified for payments under this Subdivision in relation
to the death of a dependent child, the person's age pension rate during the
bereavement rate continuation period is to be calculated as if:

   (a)  the child had not died; and

   (b)  the child was disregarded in calculating the person's ordinary income
        free area and maintenance income free area.
