SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 749

Instalments 
749. (1) Special benefit is to be paid by instalments for periods determined
by the Secretary.

(2) Instalments of special benefit are to be paid at the times determined by
the Secretary.
