SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 70

Self incrimination
70. (1) A person is not excused from giving information pursuant to a notice
under section 68 or 69 on the ground that the information may tend to
incriminate the person.

(2) Information given by a person pursuant to a notice under section 68 or 69
is not admissible in evidence against the person in a criminal proceeding
other than a proceeding under, or arising out of, subsection 68 (5) or (6) or
69 (5) or (6).
