SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 609

609. A person's unused annual leave waiting period starts on the person's
provisional commencement day and finishes on the last day of the notional
leave period.
Note 1: for "notional leave period" see section 608. Note 2: an
unused annual leave waiting period may apply to a person whether or not the
person is subject to an ordinary waiting period. If the person is subject to
an ordinary waiting period, that period will start after the unused
annual leave waiting period - see subsection 611 (2).
