SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 429

429. (1) The Secretary may direct that the whole, or a part, of the amount of
a person's sheltered employment allowance is to be paid to someone else on
behalf of the person.

(2) If the Secretary makes a direction under subsection (1), the sheltered
employment allowance is to be paid in accordance with the direction.
