SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 38
Specification of foreign country
38. (1) The Minister may determine that a foreign country is to be a
specified foreign country for the purposes of this Act by notice in the
Gazette.
(2) A notice is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of
the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
