SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 379

379. If:

   (a)  a woman lodges a claim for a widow B pension on a particular day (in
this section called the "claim day"); and

   (b)  the woman's provisional commencement day is before the claim day; any
        instalment of widow B pension that would, but for this section, be
        payable to the woman, is payable to the woman:

   (c)  if the claim day was a pension payday - on that day; or

   (d)  the first pension payday after the claim day.
