SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 31

Approval of follow-up rehabilitation programs

31. The Secretary may determine that:

   (a)  a follow-up program under Part III of the Disability Services Act
        1986; or

   (b)  each of the programs included in a class of follow-up programs under
        that Part; are follow-up programs for the purposes of this Act.
