SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 25
Independent living training (incentive allowance)
25. The Secretary may determine that training specified in the determination
is to be independent living training for the purposes of this Act. Note:
incentive allowance may be available to a person who is receiving an invalid
pension, a rehabilitation allowance or a sheltered employment allowance.
