SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 161

161. (1) A full instalment of wife pension is payable to a person on each
pension payday on which:

   (a)  the person is qualified for the pension; and

   (b)  the pension is payable to the person. (2) If a person who is qualified
        for a wife pension is outside Australia, the instalments referred to
        in subsection (1) are to be paid to the person on such pension paydays
        as the Secretary determines for the purposes of this subsection.
