SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1319

1319. The penalty for an offence against section 1316, 1317 or 1318 is:

   (a)  in the case of a natural person - $12,000 or imprisonment for a period
        of 2 years, or both; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate - $60,000.
