SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1309

Self incrimination
1309. (1) A person is not excused from giving information or producing a
document pursuant to a notice under this Division on the ground that the
information may tend to incriminate the person.

(2) Information given, or a document produced, by a person pursuant to a
notice under this Division is not admissible in evidence against the person in
a criminal proceeding other than a proceeding under, or arising out of,
subsection 1304 (7), 1305 (5), 1306 (5) or 1307 (10).
