SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1209
Portability of international agreement pension or allowance
1209. A pension or allowance payable under a scheduled international social
security agreement is not payable to a person for a period when the person is
outside Australia unless the agreement provides that the pension or allowance
is payable outside Australia.
