SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1169

1169. If:

   (a)  the rate of a person's pension, benefit or allowance is to be reduced
        under this Part; and

   (b)  the person's rate is reduced under the ordinary income test Module,
        the maintenance income test Module or the assets test Module of a Rate
        Calculator; the reduction under this Part is to apply to the person's
        rate as reduced under the ordinary income test Module, the
        maintenance income test Module or the assets test Module of the Rate
        Calculator.
