SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 110

110. (1) A full instalment of invalid pension is payable to a person on each
pension payday on which:

   (a)  the person is qualified for the pension; and

   (b)  the pension is payable to the person.

(2) If a person who is qualified for an invalid pension is outside Australia,
the instalments referred to in subsection (1) are to be paid to the person on
such pension paydays as the Secretary determines for the purposes of this
subsection.
