SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1089

1089. (1) An application for a determination under section 1088 in relation to
market-linked investments included in an investment product may be made by:

   (a)  the fund manager for the investment product; or

   (b)  a natural person who holds a market-linked investment included in the
        investment product.

(2) An application under subsection (1) must be made in writing.
