SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1079

Rate of return where it can only be approximated

1079. If the rate of return on an accruing return investment is not a fixed
rate or a quantifiable rate, for the purposes of this Subdivision, the current
annual rate of return on that investment is a reasonable approximation of the
rate of return.
