SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 No. 46, 1991 - SECT 1049

1049. (1) The Secretary may direct that the whole, or a part, of the amount of
mobility allowance payable to a person is to be paid to someone else on behalf
of the person.

(2) If the Secretary makes a direction under subsection (1), the mobility
allowance is to be paid in accordance with the direction.
