SOCIAL SERVICES ACT 1975 No. 34, 1975 - SECT 3

Definitions. 
3. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraphs (e) and
(ea) of the definition of ''income'' and substituting the following
paragraph:-

''(e) a payment under Part V, VI, VIA, VIB, VII or VIIA;''.
