Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts10. Section 124 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:- ''(b) who is not a person to whom an unemployment benefit or a sickness benefit is payable; and''.
