Australian Meat and Live‑stock Industry Act 1997

1  Section 3 (paragraph (b) of the definition of associate )

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

                     (b)  the spouse, or de facto partner (within the meaning of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 ), of the subject person; and

Farm Household Support Act 1992

2  Subsection 3(1)

Insert:

"armed services widow"

3  Subsection 3(1)

Insert:

"armed services widower"
