SHIPPING REGISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 16, 1984 - SECT 29

29. After section 94 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Application of section 11 of the Admiralty Court Act 1861

''94A. Section 11 of the Imperial Act known as the Admiralty Court Act 1861
shall have effect and shall be deemed since 26 January 1982 to have had effect
as if references in that section to a mortgage duly registered according to
the provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act 1854, included references to a
mortgage registered or deemed to have been registered under this Act.''.
