SHIPPING REGISTRATION ACT 1981 No. 8, 1981 - SECT 95

95. (1) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to any matter
arising from, consequential upon or otherwise connected with the operation of
this Part.

(2) The power to make regulations under sub-section (1) extends to the making
of regulations expressed to take effect on and from a date earlier than the
date of the making of the regulations, not being a date earlier than the
commencing date.
