SHIPPING REGISTRATION ACT 1981 No. 8, 1981 - SECT 7
Act not to apply to Defence Force ships, &c.
7. This Act does not apply in relation to a ship belonging to an arm of the
Defence Force of Australia or to the naval, military or air forces of a
foreign country.
