SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 8

Manufacture, production and acquisition of nuclear explosive devices prohibited

8. (1) A person who undertakes or engages in the manufacture or production of
a nuclear explosive device is guilty of an offence against this sub-section.

(2) A person who acquires a nuclear explosive device is guilty of an offence
against this sub-section.
