SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 32

32. (1) Where the act of a person is an offence against a provision of this
Act and is also an offence against another provision of this Act, the person
may be prosecuted and convicted for either of those offences, but the person
is not liable to be punished more than once in respect of the same act.

(2) A reference in sub-section (1) to an offence against a provision of this
Act includes a reference to-

   (a)  an offence against section 6, 7 or 7A of the Crimes Act 1914 in
        relation to an offence against a provision of this Act; and

   (b)  an offence against sub-section 86(1) of the Crimes Act 1914 by virtue
        of paragraph (a) of that sub-section, being an offence in relation to
        an offence against a provision of this Act.
