SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 24

24. (1) An inspector may request a person whom the inspector finds committing,
or whom the inspector suspects on reasonable grounds of having committed, an
offence against this Act to state that person's full name and usual place of
residence.

(2) Where an inspector makes a request of a person under sub-section (1), the
inspector shall produce the inspector's identity card for inspection by the
person and, if the inspector fails to do so, the person is not obliged to
comply with the request.

(3) Subject to sub-section (2), a person who, without reasonable excuse, fails
to comply with a request made of the person by an inspector under sub-section
(1) is guilty of an offence against this section punishable, on conviction, by
a fine not exceeding $1,000.
