SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 20

20. (1) The Minister may issue to an authorised officer an identity card in a
form approved by the Minister.

(2) Where a person in possession of an identity card issued to the person
under sub-section (1) ceases to be an authorised officer, the person shall
forthwith return the identity card to the Minister or a person nominated by
the Minister.
Penalty: $100.
