SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 18

Prevention of dumping at sea of radioactive wastes and other radioactive matter 
18. (1) Provision for the prevention of the dumping at sea of radioactive
wastes and other radioactive matter, pursuant to Australia's obligations under
Article 7 of the Treaty, is made in the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping)
Act 1981.

(2) Sub-section (1) does not derogate from the operation of the Environment
Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981.
