SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 16

16. The penalty on conviction of an offence against sub-section 8 (1) or (2)
or section 9, 10, 11, 12 or 13 is-

   (a)  if the offender is a natural person - a fine not exceeding $100,000 or
        imprisonment for a period not exceeding 20 years, or both; or

   (b)  if the offender is a body corporate - a fine not exceeding $500,000.
