SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 14

14. (1) Sections 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 extend to an act or thing done outside
Australia if the act or thing is done-

   (a)  by the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory or an authority of the
        Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or

   (b)  on an Australian ship or an Australian aircraft.

(2) Sub-section (1) shall not be read as derogating from the effect of the
Crimes at Sea Act 1979.
