SOUTH PACIFIC NUCLEAR FREE ZONE TREATY ACT 1986 No. 140, 1986 - SECT 11

Stationing of nuclear explosive devices in Australia prohibited

11. A person who stations, or does any act or thing to facilitate the
stationing of, a nuclear explosive device in Australia is guilty of an offence
against this section.
